STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The client hereby expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, irrespective of whether these were established subsequent to the standard terms and conditions of sale. Any deviation from this shall only be valid if expressly agreed upon in writing in advance. 

The Terms and Conditions of each sale shall govern all transactions for goods and services provided by Pro Golf Premiums, Inc. Payment terms will be determined based on the individual company’s credit profile and prior payment history.

• Payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of 5% for amounts past due more than 15 days. 
• Continued late payment may result in the suspension of services without prior notice. Additionally, any fees incurred for the use of a debt collection agency or legal costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 
• All orders are subject to credit approval and will not be processed until authorized by our credit department.
